Inertia was built for a specific moment: thousands of founders across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Asia are using AI tools to build real products in days instead of months. That's genuinely new and genuinely good. It also means a lot of real businesses are running on infrastructure that was never meant to hold weight.
Our philosophy
AI prototyping tools are excellent at zero-to-one validation. They let non-technical founders test an idea with real users faster than any engineering team could. We don't think that should change.
The gap isn't talent or ambition — it's the engineering layer that a prompt can't fully cover: security boundaries, cost-aware architecture, and systems that don't fall over under real load.
Our job is to close that gap without asking you to throw away the product decisions you already validated, or to become a full-time technical operator yourself.
